I was born in Buenos Aires and spent unforgettable summers in Uruguay as a child. My passion for fishing led me to befriend local fishermen, who would eventually invite me to their favorite spots: houses, fields, secret streams.

Over time, that bond turned into something deeper. The folklore of this country moves me. I know it well. I feel comfortable in any setting — from a modest ranch to the opulence of a palace.

I spent much of my life traveling — private jets, drivers, and the haute société — discovering unique properties and places around the world. But there was always something that drew me more: understanding the "B-side."

That sensibility still guides me. I move naturally from a 2009 Bourgogne to a boxed wine, and find value in both.

In 1999, at 25, I chose to live in Uruguay. I started with restaurants — I still run Fish Market Manantiales today — but soon friends and acquaintances began asking me for help finding properties.

That's where I found something that gave me a particular kind of pleasure.

Today I take that search to a professional level. As a Property Hunter — or "Better Call Nico," as some call me — I bring my sensibility, my knowledge of the territory, and my judgment to finding the right place for each client.

I was born in Buenos Aires and six years ago I chose to build my life in Punta del Este.

I'm an economist with a master's degree in finance, and I spent over 20 years in the fashion industry. That path gave me something I apply in every search: an uncommon combination of analysis and sensibility.

Beauty has always interested me — not as something superficial, but as something that endures: proportion, materials, context, intention.

Uruguay seduced me for exactly that reason. Its nature, its scale, its customs, and the way it grows with a certain harmony.

I'm drawn to what makes sense, but also to what has soul.
